Wayne Brown Executive Director
Wayne Brown is a native of California and was born and raised in the city of Los Angeles. He retired from the US Air Force and the State of California. He attended Los Angeles City College and then transferred to Cal State Long Beach. Wayne and his family relocated from the Los Angeles area to the Inland Empire where they currently reside in the city of Moreno Valley.
Wayne’s accomplishments include: owning and operating a full-service security alarm and security guard company in the city of Riverside for 15-yrs. He currently is the founder and CEO of Gospel Corner Network Inc., and SoCal Family Support Services Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofits.
Wayne’s passion is in the service of the Lord and helping disadvantaged people in our community. He has served on the deacon board of Body of Christ Church and currently serving on the deacon board of Greater Grace Worship Center. He was happily married for 48 years, raised three wonderful sons, and has 10 grandchildren.

Mrs. Maylynna Kelly-Brown Executive Treasurer
Maylynna Kelly-Brown is the daughter-in-law of the Executive Director of SoCal Family Support Services. Mrs. Maylynna Kelly-Brown has been working as a multi-function representative since 2007 with the State of California Employment Development Department Unemployment Insurance Division. She has completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History at California State University of Northridge while working as a peer academic advisor for the College of Business and Economics. Additionally, Mrs. Kelly-Brown graduated from Kaplan University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies Cum Laude. Maylynna Kelly-Brown resides in Moreno Valley, California with her husband and children.

Mrs. Adrienne DeVine Board Member
Adrienne DeVine is a nonprofit professional with over 25 years of experience working with academic, human services, and workforce development organizations. She has been an independent consultant for 13 years, offering expertise in strategic planning, organization capacity building, program development, project coordination, grant research, and proposal writing. Her leadership skills include a high level of analytical thinking and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. She is a graduate of California State University Long Beach and has a Master of Fine Arts degree from Claremont Graduate University.

Mr. Roger Bingham Board Member
Mr. Bingham has extensive knowledge of Veterans services and resources. As an employee of Community Connect 211 Riverside County, he served as the Veterans representative for this agency and has connected many of the county’s Vet’s with the services and resources they so desperately needed.
Mr. Bingham enlisted in the US Army in 1990 at Fort Dix, New Jersey and received numerous military honors, recognitions, and awards. Mr. Bingham is a native of Riverside California and resides in the city of Riverside with his family. Roger is a vital part of SoCal Family Support Services commitment in serving those that have served our great Nation.
